New Year’s Day is filled with a number of traditions for many of us. Perhaps it’s watching the Rose Bowl Parade or college football. It could be gathering with friends and family. Another common New Year’s tradition is setting resolutions.

Yes, those often-dreaded resolutions. Many of us feel compelled to set resolutions but typically fall short or give up. How can we keep our resolutions in 2020?
