A Word From the Area Manager
 As we welcome in March, we welcome warmer weather. We appreciate everyone’s patience with the snow removal process over the past 3 months. It’s been a very unusual winter and very challenging for many of us. It really is nice to see some grass finally showing and soon we will have Spring blooming throughout the property. We have some special events listed inside the Newsletter this month, please look inside for details. I would like to congratulate our participants of the Biggest Winner. We continue to have a successful group of residents participating in this wonderful new program that focuses on fitness and overall health. Keep up the great work!
 
We also have some improvement projects underway, they include remodeling the Briarwood bathrooms and updating our pool party room at the Huntsman pool. We look forward to getting these open within the next few months with pool season right around the corner! As soon as the weather warms up consistently, we will start our outdoor projects which include gutter replacements, roof replacements and asphalt and sidewalk replacement.
 
The Welcome Center will be closing from 10am - 3:30pm on Friday, March 12th. During this time, payments may be placed in the drop box and maintenance requests can be placed by calling (540)951-1223.
