Key Release Document (41KB file)
This form is required when a resident is requesting that a key be released to someone whose name is not listed as a resident of the apartment home. The form must completed and a copy that includes the residents signature be returned to the office prior to the release. Please see the Resident Information and Policy Handbook for complete details on key releases.

Resident Addition, Drop or Change (54KB file)
This agreement starts the process of adding or dropping a resident's name from/to a lease agreement. This form should be used in conjunction with the roommate change checklist. If a new resident is adding to the lease agreement, this form should be accompanied by the incoming roommates application and security deposit.
