What is your parking policy?
Foxridge has open parking for you and your friends - NO PASS REQUIRED.
What utilities are included in your rent?
Foxridge residents receive FREE Heat and FREE Trash Removal.
Where is the closest bus stop?
Foxridge apartments always have a bus stop nearby. (see next answer)
How many bus stops does your community have?
Foxridge has 8 sheltered BT bus stops throughout our community.
What type of community amenities do you have?
Foxridge features many recreational facilities, 2 large swimming pools, 2 clubhouses available for rental, a free car wash area, a free fitness center, and a fitness trail directly to the VT campus.
What is your security deposit?
Foxridge requires a minimal security deposit of $200 per roommate (a minimum deposit required per apartment).
Do you charge a redecoration fee?
Foxridge does not charge a standard redecoration fee.
What if I lock myself out of my apartment, do you have 24-hour lockout service?
Foxridge has 24-hour lock-out services for our residents.
Do you get to select your own roommates?
Foxridge allows you to choose your own roommates. We can accommodate you and your friends with various floor plans ranging from a 1 Bedroom to a 4 Bedroom with Den.
Do you allow roommate changes without consulting other roommates?
Foxridge allows roommate changes when all parties consent to the changes.
What type of Internet is offered at your community?
Foxridge offers special rates on high-speed internet through Comcast Cable.
Do you offer a roommate matching/locating service?
Foxridge is happy to offer roommate matching/locating services in-office and on our website.
What type of community events do you offer?
Foxridge offers many FREE community events and socials for our residents—our monthly newsletters will keep you informed.
Where are the laundry facilities located?
Foxridge offers options for a washer/dryer in your apartment and provides on-site laundry facilities in each building.
Do you have 24-hour emergency maintenance service?
Foxridge provides 24-hour emergency maintenance on-call service.
What type of preventative maintenance is provided?
Foxridge has regularly scheduled preventative maintenance like exterminations and air filter changes.
Do you offer complimentary carpet cleaning service?
Foxridge offers one complimentary carpet cleaning per apartment each year.
Where is the closest shopping/grocery store?
Foxridge has a Food Lion grocery store, shopping center, gas station, and bank—all within our community.
Where is your property management office located?
Foxridge Welcome Center offers an on-site property management team with convenient office hours to serve our residents.
