until May 21   Weight Conditioning and Strength Training
9:30 am - 10:30 am
Huntsman, M-W-F		   Join in the fun, increase your strength, and get in shape! The class is appropriate for persons of various fitness levels, and will include a cardio warm up, upper and lower body conditioning, abdominal work, flexibility, cool down and stretch. Small hand held weights and resistance bands will be provided, and can be used to increase resistance. The fee is $40.00, or $3.50 (each) to sign up for individual classes. Please register and pay in advance at the Hethwood Office. If you have any questions please call 552-5252.

Lawn by Food Lion		   Back by popular demand. . . Come by to buy or sell at great prices! If you would like to sell any items, please call 552-5252 to register, as space is limited.
